How amazing when the Positive Change Organization and local businesses are working together for the sake of developing the community. State Farm kindly will assign a caseworker to visit our United Way Community Help Center every Saturday to help with the blue cross medical enrollment. Open Enrollment starts November 1st till December 15th this year.

I am sharing with you a brief summary telling you more about this Festival: The Meaning: Eid Al-Adha translates as “Festival of Sacrifice” and is actually bigger or better celebrated than the Eid after Ramadan, so it is also called Eid Kabir – “Big Eid.” The Belief: Eid al-Adha, or 'the feast of the sacrifice', is the second Eid festival of the calendar year, which honors Ibrahim's commitment to God when ordered to offer up his only son - not named in the Qu'ran as Ismail but widely accepted in Islamic literature as so - as a sacrifice.
